Brown Betty Teapot Diffuser - England

$48.00Price

The ‘Brown Betty’ is one of the most traditional teapots with a rounded belly and high shiny finish on a dark brown glaze, it is considered perfect for brewing tea. These teapots were originally made by the Ridgway Pottery and were sold as Genuine Old English Brownware, which led to the nickname ‘Brown Betty’. We've repuposed this English legend into a handsome Reed Diffuser that will create an aroma space in your home for months.  At 5 1/2"and is 6"' wide, our Brown Betty makes a statement without taking up much space.

We add five  all natural Reed Diffusers and 8 ounzes of fractionated Coconut Oil as the carrier oil that enables the essential oil to travel up the Rattan Reeds.  This is a one of a kind Vintage Vessel that we will fill with your favorite Rural Squirrel scent.  As with all of our offerings all of our scents are from plant based essential oils, no dyes or synthetics.

The steps below will ensure that your Rural Squirrel Reed Diffuser provides maximun aromatheraputic benefits for an entire month.

  • Flip the reed sticks after an hour. Allow the reed sticks to sit in the oil for an hour, then take them out and flip them over so that the dry ends sit in the oil mixture. This will saturate both ends and quick-start the process of releasing the scent of the essential oil.
  • Swirl the oil every week. Make sure that you gently swirl the oil inside the reed diffuser about once a week to ensure that the oil mixture is adequately mixed.
  • Flip the sticks every few days. After the first flip, get in the habit of flipping the reed sticks every three or four days. Flipping the sticks stops the sticks from drying out so that the scent of the oil can continue spreadin
